Specialist consultation
The initial consultation will include a clinical examination and history (your medical history) to review all the aspects that define your health, so that the doctor can make a more accurate assessment. You will have to tell him: where you have pain, what kind of pain, if you are in pain all the time, how the pain started, how long you have been in pain, which joints are affected, if you have chronic diseases, or if you have had an accident. It will ask you if you lead a sedentary or active life, what kind of foods are most often found in your daily diet. All this information is needed to identify the origin and causes of your symptoms, to understand exactly what is bothering you and why.
Personalized treatment plan
After this holistic approach, we will recommend a personalised treatment plan specifically tailored to your health problem, help you understand what you would need to do to achieve your health goals and what the costs are.
